SESSION INFORMATION
Here you will find some basic information regarding my sessions with clients.
If you have any questions or you need further clarification, please contact me.
Psychotherapists are subject to statutory confidentiality. Everything that is discussed in the session stays in the room and is not shared with third parties.
Duration
A therapy session lasts 50 minutes and takes place weekly, except if otherwise agreed.
Depending on the goal of the therapy and the individual condition of the client, psychotherapy can take a different amount of time. Continuity is important to the process.
If you just want a consultation, a few hours may be enough.
Costs
The costs are determined by agreement.
You can apply for a partial refund from your health insurance company.
If you are unable to come to an agreed appointment, you can cancel at least 48 hours in advance, in which case you will not incur any costs. If you cancel within 48 hours before the appointment, you will have to pay for the lost hour.
Initial Session
In a non-binding initial consultation, you have the opportunity to clarify any question you may have and determine if you feel comfortable enough with me to start working together.
